When you use an AI tool for transcription or translation, you aren't asking a digital entity to "listen" to the audio. You are feeding the audio data into a model that has analyzed millions of hours of human speech. It recognizes that certain sound frequencies correlate highly with specific words or phrases. It predicts the text based on statistical probability, refined by context.

Workspaces: The workspaces are areas to upload your documents. Think of it as your case file or your project file, a place where you house your documents that you want to analyze with AI Chat, transcribe, or translate.
AI Chat: The AI Chat section has two options for chatting: General Chat and Document Analysis. General Chat is like any other chat bot-- ask it questions and it will answer. Document Analysis provides the user the ability to get answers about their documents. Parla Digital will ingest the documents, "understand" the context, and provide relevant answers.
Smart Transcribe: Automatically "listens" to and transcribes speech from audio or video files. Is the audio in a foreign language? Smart Transcribe automatically recognizes the language and translates it to English and gives you three report options to download: Transcription, Translation, and Side-by-Side Translation which shows the foreign language and the English translation. All options are time-stamped and provide a hash value for the file.
Document Translation: Automatically translates text from files. The output report is a text file with the translation and a hash of the original file.
Bulk Jobs: Automatically processes bulk jobs for either audio/video transcription and translation, or bulk jobs for document translation. The documents for Bulk Jobs won't go in your workspace. Just point to the folder and let the program take care of downloading the relevant output reports and organizing everything, including the original file, into a folder for later review.
